Before we begin, please fill out the preparatory questions below to ensure we make the most of our time together!   I want to make sure I'm ready to discuss your needs thoroughly with you. 

Each 1 hr session will cover one subject topic area. Please choose the five subject topic areas below in advance.

Because this is a 5 hour session, you will be able to block 1-2 hr time slots per session.  * Please let us know if you will require a 2hr session so arrangements may be met.
