Taryn LaRae Gordon is a multi-sector builder, author, and platform architect whose work integrates business strategy, intellectual authorship, creative production, and applied leadership.

Over the last two decades, she has founded and chaired nonprofit organizations, assembled and led governing boards, acquired and managed residential and commercial real estate, produced original creative works, and built a strategy consulting platform that now operates as Taryn LaRae’s Business Hub.

Her work is not built around a single lane. It is built around structure, authorship, and execution.

Taryn’s early leadership took shape through the founding of two nonprofit organizations, where she assembled and led a governing board. As Board Chair, she oversaw operations, programming, fundraising initiatives, and long-term strategic growth.

The organizations’ expansion included residential property ownership, donated land parcels, and acquisition of a commercial building envisioned as a future medical health center and pharmacy. These experiences sharpened her capabilities in governance, real estate development, and long-term strategic planning.

In parallel with her organizational leadership, Taryn developed a body of written and creative work spanning nonfiction, fiction, music production, and educational frameworks. She has authored multiple manuscripts and written original television and literary works, including a television pilot and original music that have received industry recognition.

As a self-taught songwriter, musician, and producer, her original compositions have been performed in professional studios, live venues, and private events.

Without formal representation, Taryn has built a speaking portfolio that spans keynote addresses, commencement speeches, institutional ceremonies, public celebrations, and private engagements. She has served as mistress of ceremony for milestone events and delivered featured talks across educational, organizational, and community settings.

These diverse environments, combined with her background in business and leadership, have shaped a teaching style that integrates strategic thinking, psychological insight, and belief-centered alignment to deliver ideas that are both intellectually grounded and practically applicable.

Taryn LaRae credits her long-term vision, risk tolerance, and expansive thinking in part to the influence of her father and former business partner, Larry Gordon. His encouragement to think independently, build boldly, and resist narrow definitions of identity continues to shape the structure and scale of her work.
