Daily Business Productivity
Asana or Monday.com: Great Project, Work-Flow, CRM (customer relationship management) software. I use Asana and it has changed how I coordinate projects for the Hub with contractors and my team!
Google One: File share (Drive), email (Gmail), chat (Hangout), schedule video meetings, etc...an all-in-one favorite!
Dropbox: One of the best essential tools needed to file share with both clients & staff.

Building an Online Presence
WordPress or Squarespace: (highly recommend) - Great, high converting website templates & designs to give your business a face!
BlueHost or Site Ground (Hosting Provider): I've used both! Once you choose your website design, you’ll need a strong provider to keep you up & running smoothly. My recommendation!
Aweber: (Autoresponder) – You need one! Of course it’s all in “the list”…and you’ll need an easy way to build & manage your growing list. They have been helping me to take care of mine for years!
Canva: a go-to site for graphic designers (i.e. banners, thumbnails, posters, mock-ups, etc.)
Selling Products Online
Paypal or Stripe: (highly recommend)- One of the leading & most trusted places online for payment processing.
Payoneer: Another solid payment processing service for conducting international & global business.
Amazon: If you have a business like mine where you may sell, share, or giveaway physical products, than using Amazon’s service to do so is an excellent resource!
Course Creation
Thinkific: an online platform for course creation. There are many others out there - Podia, Teachable, etc. (even course all-in-one hosting providers for content creation like kajabi) but I liked the interface and layout of Thinkific.
Social Media Management
Hootesuite: A social media management too. This is great tool I personally used to manage, engage, schedule messages, & monitor my social media accounts. It’s very practical. 🙂
Cloud Campaign or MeetEdgar - More affordable options
Affiliate Marketing
Clickbank: Find cool products to as standalone sells or add-ons to your existing business.
Omnistar Affililate: Start & operate your own affiliate program.
Hosting Webinars:
Demio or eWebinar: I tried both, but Demio is my favorite. I use it to run all my live webinars, but either software can be used for running live, hybrid, and/or automated webinars.
